Polène offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. We strive to ensure your leather goods meet our high standards of craftsmanship and offer a seamless return process for your peace of mind.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and protective box, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our workshop verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
